What this site collects. When someone sends an inquiry through this website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or by email, text, or phone, JULIUS MAGIC receives the information that person chooses to provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, event date, event location, and guest count.
How it is used. That information is used for one purpose: to reply with a quote and, if the event is booked, to deliver the show. It is used to answer the inquiry, confirm details, send an invoice, and send a follow-up after the event.
What is not done with it. JULIUS MAGIC does not sell, rent, or trade contact information. It is not shared with any third party except the services needed to run the business, such as email, invoicing, and calendar tools, which handle it only to perform those functions.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms. When someone submits a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the form responses under its own data policy and passes them to JULIUS MAGIC. Meta's handling of that data is governed by Meta's privacy policy, which is available on facebook.com.
Retention. Inquiry and booking records are kept as part of normal business records so that repeat clients can be served and past events referenced.
Choices. Anyone can ask to have their contact information corrected or removed by emailing juliusmagician@gmail.com or calling (904) 955-4022.
